Applications of the sensor

Many sectors (building – smart building, industry, agriculture, etc.) integrate temperature monitoring activities into their processes. This Enless Wireless LoRa / LoRaWAN “hardened” (IP65) sensor with integrated temperature sensor is used for temperature monitoring (°C data) for different applications in outdoor environments and/or in areas subject to extreme conditions.

The robustness of our LoRa / LoRaWAN temperature transmitter – IP 65 housing – and its high environmental tolerance (-20°C / +55°C) allow it to withstand any type of environment.

Its integrated, high-precision temperature sensor enables reliable and accurate °C data to be transmitted at a flexible frequency. Alerts identify where high and low-temperature thresholds are exceeded and allow corrective actions to be taken (installation or maintenance on defective heaters, management of windows and doors, air circulation, etc.).

This product incorporates high-performance D-type batteries and gives the Enless sensor a very high autonomy of up to 15 years.

Applications of the sensor

This Enless Wireless LoRa / LoRaWAN IP65 transmitter with external temperature contact probe allows you to measure temperatures (°C data) in a remote manner, on contact with surfaces.
The robustness of the transmitter – IP 65 housing – and its high environmental tolerance (probe temperature range -180°C / +250°C) allow it to withstand any type of “outdoor” environment, sometimes under extreme conditions.

This temperature transmitter is suitable for many applications including:

  • Temperature monitoring in cold rooms, cooling towers, refrigerated outdoor containers (chemical, agri-food industries, etc.)
  • Cold chain management applied to drug storage and temperature control in hospital environments, housing structures for ageing and/or vulnerable populations.

The robustness of this sensor – IP 65 housing – and its high environmental tolerance (probe temperature range -180°C / +250°C) allow it to withstand any type of “outdoor” environment, sometimes under extreme conditions.

Thanks to its two 2.0m probes, this temperature sensor is especially suitable for applications such as monitoring of temperatures on inlet/outlet fluid circuits of all types and, in particular, continuous observation of sanitary hot water networks for preventing the health risk of legionella. It is also often used for temperature monitoring in cold rooms, or in agricultural environments.
