MCA
MCA actuators are designed for mounting on manifolds for floor, ceiling and wall radiant panels on heating or air conditioning plants.

MVB
MVB
The actuators are equipped with a reversing synchronous motor and an electronic board available in three different models respectively for:
- floating control
- proportional control (potentiometric)
- proportional control (voltage or current)
Due to their versatility MVB actuators can be mounted both on new Controlli globe valves up to DN 2” as well as on different manufacturer valves, having stroke from 10.8 to 20 mm.
MVE
MVE is a flexible electro-mechanical actuator for the control of two and three way globe valves in:
- heating and cooling systems
- Air Handling Units
- district heating plants
- industrial temperature control systems.
MVE can be controlled either by a proportional (modulating) signal or by an increase/decrease (Floating) signal. It is easy to mount and connect the actuator. Direct mounting is possible to any flanged valve. Linkage kits are available for threaded valves as well as for valves of other manufacturers. The actuator has a fine resolution (500 steps on the full stroke range) for exacting fluid control and it is able to self-calibrate on a different stroke without the need of any user action (this function is DIP switch selectable on the field). MVE has intelligent behavior and alarm functionality in case of unexpected operation, feedback of alarms to the user is provided by LEDs (GREEN and RED) on the control board. N.B.: Do not use the actuator if not coupled with its relating valve.
Models with “R” provide electronic emergency return (fail-safe function on power failure) based on super-capacitor technology.

MVE-2-RS
MVE-2-RS
Globe Valves Actuators
MVE2xxx-2-RS and MVE5xxx-2-RS are intelligent devices equipped with 2 temperature inputs and with RS-485 (Modbus-RTU) network connectivity for Supply&Return and DeltaT control and limitation as well as for integration with the Building Management System (BMS).
MVE2xxx-2-RS and MVE5xxx-2-RS can be connected to 2 temperature sensors for the supply and return temperature monitoring and control. The actuator is able to implement a temperature control loop without the need of a BMS controller with significant savings in terms of hardware (eg. controllers with less I/Os, more compact electrical panels) and field wiring.
MVE2xxx-2-RS and MVE5xxx-2-RS are designed for the control of two and three way globe valves usable in:
- heating and air conditioning systems;
- air handling units;
- district heating plants;
- industrial control systems.
The actuator is endowed with an electronic emergency return function which operates through the use of ultracapacitors whose life is about 10 years if the actuator operates within the operation limits declared in this data sheet.
MVH
MVH actuators have linear characteristic (linear ratio between input signal and valve coupling joint movement). They are used for fluid control in air-conditioning-heating systems and in industrial processes.
Three different control types are available:
- floating (3p)
- 165 Ohm proportional potentiometric (pot.)
- proportional (d.c. voltage or current)
They are designed for direct coupling on flanged globe valves (add AG62 linkage for V.B valves) and they can also be easily used on other manufacturers’ valves with 0..45 mm stroke for floating action models or 10..45 mm stroke for proportional action models.

MVR
MVR
MVR actuators are designed for mounting on manifolds for floor, ceiling and wall radiant panels on heating or air conditioning plants. MVR actuators are of electro-thermal type and are controlled by an on-off signal or, 24Vac models only, also by pulse width modulation. Actuators are powered by the control signal; this causes the heating of a thermostatic element. Consequently, a small piston comes out and, opposing to return spring, lowers the valve stem. MVR…M models are equipped with an auxiliary microswitch. The microswitch has the contact closed when the actuator is unpowered.
MVX
MVX electrothermal actuators can be used with Micra® and Micra® Kvs 4-6 valves.

MVT
MVT
MVT actuator can be used with valves push/pull (using auto stroke calibration) or with valves with spring return using fixed stroke to control hot /cool water flow rate in two/four pipes terminal units, zone and solar plants, small reheating and dehumidification coils.
MVT is an electrical bidirectional actuator. The valve stem is activated through a synchronous motor and a gear train optimized to have high performances and minimal noise ejections
MVC
MVC actuator can be used with valves push/pull (using auto stroke calibration) or with valves with spring return using fixed stroke to control hot/cool water flow rate in two/four pipes terminal units, zone and solar plants, small reheating and dehumidification coils.
MVC
MVC-2-RS
MVC-2-RS
Multiprotocol Network actuator for PICV and Globe Valves with energy and temperature control functions
The MVC503x-2-RS is a compact actuator designed to control hot/cool water flow rate in two/four pipes terminal units, zone, small reheating and dehumidifcation coils. It can be controlled by a Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP device via a RS485 network bus as well as by a proportional (modulating) control signal and it is also equipped with a USB port for local configuration and diagnostics. When MVC503x-2-RS is used in combination with a PICV valve and/or it is equipped with 1 or 2 temperature sensors, it can deliver powerfull functionalities.
The actuators with temperature sensors are able to implement a temperature and power control/limit loop indipendently of the controller with significant savings in terms of hardware (eg. controllers with less I/Os, more compact electrical panels) and field wirings.
MVP
MVP electrothermal actuators can be used for the on-off control of fancoil VPx valves.
